創世代崛起！大專校院創業實戰模擬學習平臺成功案例：中華大學「明宇未來」

 

亮點特色1 ：培育陽光青年，連六年獲品德教育優良學校肯定

本校以陽光青年「德智體群美」及校訓「勤樸誠正」為核心，透過思辨活動讓學生自主理解品德的意義和價值，勤於事、樸於物、誠於人、正於心，期許學生成為自覺自律、有教養的專業人才。105-110 連續六年獲教育部北一區大專校院推動品德教育成效優良學校表揚，成效斐然。

 

亮點特色2 ：非資訊科系學生也能成為軟體菁英

本校「跨域黑客軟體菁英培訓班」(Build School)，聘請業界專家授課並指導學員專題實作，鼓勵非資訊科系學生報名，培養學生程式設計能力。107~110 年計有 183 位參與培訓，105 位通過企業專題開發考核後媒合高薪就業，接受安排就業者平均薪資達 36K以上，高於勞動部公布大學畢業生平均薪資。

 

亮點特色3 ：增進AI跨領域之應用力

本校持續辦理「微軟AI國際證照培訓營」，以提升教職員生人工智慧之基礎概念及應用能力，110年分別有84位教職員及443位學生考取微軟AI國際證照，是全台考取證照數最多的大學，成效卓著。110年台灣微軟推薦中華大學為全台首間「微軟前瞻育才全合作大學」，深入教授AI技術暨實作課程。

 

亮點特色4 ：設置 AI 數位圖書館，大幅提升電子書閱讀人次

全國第一所整合台灣三大電子書iRead、HyRead、UDN於一平台之AI數位圖書館，透過AI技術提供個人化電子書推薦服務，大幅提升學生借閱電子書的興趣與便利性。使得110年電子書之借閱次數大幅增加至38,345次，是108年16,904次的2.27倍。

 

亮點特色5 ：鏈結產官學千萬資金與資源，培育校園創新創業人才

本校推動創新創業教育發展，除投入校方經費和資源，歷年更榮獲教育部「創新創業中心示範學校計畫」、「募資實戰學習課程計畫」及「推動創新創業教育計畫」經費補助，並鏈結「實踐家教育集團」企業捐款及課程資源，累計投入超過千萬元，110年輔導衍生成立5家校園新創事業，107-110年總計輔導成立18家校園新創公司。

 

亮點特色6 ：教學實踐研究計畫人均件數，全國第一

109-110年共通過47件教育部教學實踐研究計畫。110年7月遠見雜誌最佳大學排行榜，教育部教學實踐研究計畫每師人均件數本校達0.11件，全國排名第一。

 

 

CHU Achievements and Highlights of Higher Education Sprout Project

 

Highlight1 : Cultivating Sunshine Youths, CHU is recognized as a School of Excellence in Character Education for six consecutive years by MOE.

CHU educates students following its core values which are "diligence, simplicity, honesty, and integrity" and its principles of Sunshine Youth which incorporate moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic. Through thinking and analysis exercises, students understand the value of moral character; diligence in matters, simplicity in things, honesty in people, and integrity in the heart. From 2016 to 2021, CHU has been recognized by the Ministry of Education as an "Excellent School for Promoting Character Education in Northern Taiwan".

 

Highlight2 ：Non-information science students can become software experts

CHU's "Build School" is an interdisciplinary hacker software training program where industry experts are invited to teach and guide students in various projects, and encourage non-information science students to develop their programming skills. 183 students participated in the training between the years 2018 and 2021, 105 of whom passed the enterprise project development verification and were introduced to high-paid jobs. The average salary of those who accepted the placement was 36K or higher, which surpassed the average salary of college graduates published by the Ministry of Labor.

 

Highlight3 ：CHU’s AI Training Camp enhances inter-disciplinary application of AI

CHU continues to undertake "Microsoft AI International License Training Camp" to enhance the basic concepts and applications of artificial intelligence for faculty and students. In the year 2021 alone, 84 faculty members and 443 students obtained the Microsoft AI International License, which was the highest number of licenses obtained among universities in Taiwan. Also in the same year, Microsoft Taiwan recommended CHU as the first "Microsoft’s advanced talent nourishing and full collaboration university" in Taiwan. CHU is the first university in Taiwan to provide in-depth instruction in AI technology and hands-on courses.

 

Highlight4 ：Installation of an AI digital library to significantly increase e-book readership

CHU built the first AI digital library in Taiwan that integrated the three types of major e-books, including iRead, HyRead, and UDN on one platform. The digital library provides a personalized e-book recommendation service through AI technology, which greatly enhances students' interest and convenience in borrowing e-books. As a result, the number of e-book checkouts increased significantly from 16,904 checkouts in the year 2019 to 38,345 checkouts in the year 2021, which was 2.27 times more than the year 2019.

 

Highlight5 ：CHU combines tens of millions of funds and resources from industry, government and academia to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents on campus

In addition to the school's funding and resources, CHU has also received subsidies from the Ministry of Education for the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Demonstration School Program", "Fundraising Practical Learning Program" and "Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Program", as well as corporate donations and curriculum resources from the "Practitioner Education Group". In 2021, CHU’s counseling led to the establishment of 5 campus-based start-up businesses. Moreover, a total of 18 campus-based start-up businesses were founded from 2018 to 2021, proving the effectiveness of CHU’s support.

 

Highlight6 ：The number of pieces of teaching practice research project per faculty member ranks first in the nation.

A total of 47 teaching practice research projects were approved by Ministry of Education from the year 2020 to 2021. Based on Vision Magazine’s rankings of best universities in July 2021, CHU ranked first in the nation in terms of teaching performance, with 0.11 teaching practice research projects per faculty member.
